the weekend was alright. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I was happy with the complementary breakfast - it was pretty good for what it was. Another highlight was the location - it was convenient for our needs.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't meet our expectations. The lack of cleanliness was quite noticeable - we found black specks of dirt in the sheets upon arrival. The shower had visible mold and we didn't receive housekeeping service one day. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance, despite it being advertised as an amenity. Lastly, the service was lacking, particularly in terms of friendliness and attentiveness. we probably won't be staying here again.

We had a lovely Easter break with some great amenities. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a bonus. Additionally, the location was perfect and easily accessible. Our room was spacious and comfortable too, with great furnishings and thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge. It was a quiet and peaceful stay, and we truly enjoyed that.

The housekeeping was not up to our standards. There were some maintenance issues, and the room was not cleaned properly. Additionally, we had issues with the condition of the bathroom as it could have been cleaner. We were disappointed with these issues which detracted from our overall experience.

Recommend this accommodation. All in all, it was easy base for traveling to Burkburnett. Bed was comfortable, we really loved it.

this hotel was perfect place for exploring burkburnett, really enjoyed it. a microwave and a refrigerator worked well. the property was right by the airport, 16 minutes drive.

Nice rooms to stay in.

We did not have our room freshened up or clean towels brought to us during the 3 of the nights that we stayed there. We did have it done on the 4th day. I would expect to have it freshened up each day that we stayed.

I like the fact that staff were very friendly and helpful. And mostly bed was comfortable and didnt give me any hassles to sleep.

Theres no complimentary at least water in the room. The price i paid were way ridicolous compared to other hotels id stayed. In big cities.. But i was desperately needed a place to stay at that time.

It was very clean and will be a nicer place when their remodel job is done.

Had to fix the ac in our room by pressing the reset button in the bottom panel. The unit was also leaking water onto the floor so the carpet was wet around it. For breakfast they had nothing left when we went to eat. One of the ladies put a bag of eggs, yes bag, in the microwave. We opted for the toast. The pool was closed as well but looked clean.

Need rate after they finish the redo.

I didn't like that the hotel was remodeling. I smelled paint fumes all night. I feel the hotel should have just closed until everything was done. Not a good look !!!!

I had accidentally booked the wrong night and had a hard time getting a refund but overall the hotel was nice and I would stay there again if I needed too
